HBT’s Strength & Conditioning programs are designed to shape you up and get you super fit. Whether you want all the attention with custom programs and go solo, bring a partner and go semi-private or sign on for the group sessions.

You’ll be provided with functional and intense workouts specific for your current fitness levels to provide fun training with the guidance of an expert, you will not be disappointed with the training and service provided.
